青政〔2014〕11号各市、自治州人民政府,省政府各委、办、厅、局:为认真贯彻落实《国务院关于促进红十字事业发展的意见》(国发〔2012〕25号),进一步加强新时期红十字会工作,充分发挥红十字会在推动经济社会发展中的独特作用,促进全省红十字事业持续健康发展,结合青海实际,现提出如下实施意见:一、充分认识发展红十字事业的重要意义《国务院关于促进红十字事业发展的意见》充分体现了党和政府对红十字事业的高度重视,明确
