目前我国收缴的住宅专项维修资金已经超过万亿元,而且还在以较快的速度增长,大部分资金长期以短期活期存款方式沉淀在银行,存款利息收益极低。一方面资金收益被银行或基金公司瓜分,另一方面受到通货膨胀的影响本金不断缩水,住房维修将会陷入入不敷出的局面。因此,住宅专项维修资金保值增值已成为管理部门重点思考的课题。文章对住宅专项维修资金的保值增值问题进行了探讨分析并提出意见,以期抛砖引玉,为规范资金管理起到一定的帮助作用。
At present, China has collected more than one trillion yuan of special maintenance funds for residential houses and is still growing at a relatively high rate. Most of the funds have been deposited in banks for a long time in the form of short-term current deposits, resulting in very low interest returns on deposits. On the one hand, capital gains are divided up by banks or fund companies, on the other hand, the impact of inflation, the capital has been shrinking, housing maintenance will fall into the deficit situation. Therefore, the maintenance and appreciation of residential special maintenance funds has become the focus of management issues. This article analyzes and puts forward opinions on the preservation and increment of residential special maintenance funds, with a view to giving some suggestions and helping to standardize the management of funds.
