在线评论实证研究已经引起学者们的广泛关注,在最近几年内该领域的研究取得很大的进展,但是在线评论的实证研究范围比较广泛,并没有统一的研究框架。因此,本文尝试对在线评论的实证研究做系统的、全面的综述,并提出一个在线评论实证研究整合框架模型。该框架模型不仅整合了目前在线评论实证研究的研究成果,而且还为研究该领域的学者们提供了新的研究思路。最后,本文给出了目前在线评论实证研究的不足和进一步的研究方向。 The empirical research of online commentary has drawn the widespread attention of scholars. In recent years, great progress has been made in the research of this field. However, the empirical research of online commentary has a wide scope and there is no unified research framework. Therefore, this article attempts to make a systematic and comprehensive review of the empirical research on online commentary, and puts forward an online commentary empirical research integration framework model. The framework model not only integrates the research results of empirical research on online reviews, but also provides new research ideas for scholars studying in this field. Finally, this article gives the current empirical research online reviews the shortcomings and further research direction.
