随着大学英语教学改革的扩展和深化,大学英语教学目标、课程设置和教学手段都面临着新的挑战。以学生为本,充分考虑学生的个性特点和兴趣倾向是目前大学英语教学改革的趋势。在大学英语教学中引入影视资源可以帮助学生直观地了解英语国家的文化,使语言学习和文化学习同步进行;可以培养学生的语感,提高学生的听说能力;可以扩充学生的背景知识,提高学生的文学修养,进而培养学生的媒介素养。
With the expansion and deepening of college English teaching reform, college English teaching objectives, curriculum and teaching methods are facing new challenges. Student-oriented, give full consideration to the personality characteristics and interest of students is the trend of college English teaching reform. The introduction of film and television resources in college English teaching can help students to intuitively understand the culture of English-speaking countries so that language learning and cultural learning can be carried out simultaneously. Students’ sense of language can be improved and their listening and speaking abilities can be enhanced. Students’ background knowledge can be expanded and students’ Literary accomplishment, and then develop students’ media literacy.
