编辑同志:我是某公司的一名驾驶员。前不久,公司安排我外出送贷,途中因超速驾驶而发生交通事故,不仅造成一位行人受伤,我自己也受了伤。事故发生后,交管部门认定我应负事故的全部责任。由于我伤愈后留下残疾,因此要求公司为我申报工伤。可公司却以我对事故负有全责为由,拒绝申报。请问,职工对事故负有责任,就不能申报工伤吗?读者穆忠东
