妇幼保健队伍是做好妇幼保健工作的保证。随着改革开放的深入和社会经济发展,人们“大卫生”观念逐渐形成,妇幼保健工作已得到全社会重视和支持。几年来,我县把保健队伍建设列为年度卫生工作目标管理内容之一。不断调整充实,有力地促进了妇幼保健工作的开展。为了进一步强化妇幼保健队伍建设,适应人民群众不断增长的卫生保健需求,现将有关情况作一分析探讨。
The maternal and child health care team is a guarantee for maternal and child health care. With the deepening of reforms and opening up and socio-economic development, the concept of “big health” has gradually emerged, and maternal and child health care has received attention and support from the entire society. Over the past few years, our county has made the construction of health care teams one of the management goals for the annual health work. Continuous adjustment and enrichment have effectively promoted the development of maternal and child health care. In order to further strengthen the construction of the maternal and child health care team and adapt to the growing health care needs of the people, we will now analyze and discuss relevant situations.
