对苯诱发再生障碍性贫血(benzene poisoning induced aplastic anemia,BPAA)实验动物模型的免疫学相关指标进行检测和评估,为动物模型提供更全面的评估指标。建模CD1小鼠经皮下注射苯油混合液,给苯剂量为2 ml/kg,共注射25次,检测与再生障碍性贫血相关的血常规和免疫学指标。结果显示模型组小鼠外周血常规指标及血清免疫学指标变化与临床BPAA患者基本相符。
The immunological correlations of benzene poisoning induced aplastic anemia (BPAA) experimental animal model were tested and evaluated to provide a more comprehensive evaluation index for animal models. CD1 mice were injected subcutaneously with benzene oil mixture to give a dose of 2 ml / kg of benzene for 25 times. The blood routine and immunological indexes related to aplastic anemia were detected. The results showed that the changes of routine indexes and serum immunological indexes in peripheral blood of model mice were basically consistent with those of clinical BPAA patients.
