根据甘油三酯在脂肪酶作用下水解和压电传感器(PQCS)能够响应溶液电导率的性质,建立了酶催化压电-电导频移法测定血清中甘油三酯的新方法。甘油三酯的浓度在7.4×10-7~4.9×10-3mol/L范围内与传感器的频移值具有线性关系,线性回归方程ΔF=-44.3-1320c(mmol/L),相关系数r=0.9989。用此法测定了人血清中的甘油三酯,样品平均加标回收率为99.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<4.9%。
According to the properties of triglyceride hydrolyzed by lipase and the ability of piezoelectric sensor (PQCS) to respond to the conductivity of solution, a new method of enzyme-catalyzed piezoelectric-conductivity shift assay for determination of triglyceride in serum was established. The concentration of triglyceride in the range of 7.4 × 10-7 ~ 4.9 × 10-3mol / L has a linear relationship with the frequency shift of the sensor, the linear regression equation ΔF = -44.3-1320c (mmol / L ), The correlation coefficient r = 0.9989. The triglyceride in human serum was determined by this method. The average recoveries were 99.1% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 4.9%.
