我车间技术革新小组和厂工艺科的技术人员共同研制成功了六位钻夹头。六位钻夹头主要用于加工壳体零件,可完成钻、铰、锪孔、攻丝等,加工范围为φ1~φ10毫米的铝合金。钻夹头由壳体和旋转体两大部分组成,其结构如图所示。钻夹头通过定位套安装于Z25型立式钻床上,壳体固定在定位套上。带键心轴与钻床主轴的3号莫氏锥体相配合,主轴旋转则带动带键心轴旋转。通过离合器再把运动传递给钻头
