深圳特区要发展外向型经济,一必须采取以工为主、工贸并举的方针.但是,发展工业究竟应该选择什么样的工业结构体系?有的同志认为,深圳特区的工业结构体系应该以电子工业为主。因为深圳电子工业的比重最大,目前已有一定基础;也有的同志认为,应以食品工业为主,因为深圳有珠江三角洲为原料产地,有港澳和东南亚为外销市场,发展食品工业的条件得天独厚;还有的同志认为深圳特区工业的优势是轻型工业,发展轻型工业正可扬长避短。
In order to develop an outward-oriented economy in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, we must adopt a principle of “giving priority to both work and industry and trade.” However, what kind of industrial structural system should we choose for developing industries? Some comrades believe that the industrial structure of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone should be based on electronic Industry-based. Because Shenzhen has the largest proportion of the electronics industry, there is already a certain basis at present; some comrades think that the food industry should be the mainstay. Because Shenzhen has the Pearl River Delta as the raw material origin and Hong Kong, Macao and Southeast Asia as the export market, the conditions for the development of the food industry are unique. Some comrades also consider that the advantage of Shenzhen’s SEZ industry is that of light industry, and the development of light industry can now play its part.
