一面是劳动力供过于求,新一届大学生要毕业了,招聘会上水泄不通,大学生仍然为就业发愁;一面是从东南沿海蔓延到全国的“技工荒”,劳动力结构性短缺矛盾突出。这形势,真是一半海水,一半火焰。缓和这种局面的做法是加大职业教育的力度,国家已预备投入100亿用于职业教育,到2010年,中等职业教育规模要与普通高中持平。这一举措无疑是明智的,但是,据笔者所知,现行职业教育对于职业安全的内容几乎没有涉及。基础教育和高等教育在安全方面已经欠了很多账,倘职业教育再这样的话,其后果是雪上加霜。经过职业教育之后,学生就应该是一名合格的劳动者,应具备基
The one hand is the oversupply of labor force, the graduating of the new college students, the unfulfilled recruitment at the meeting, the students still worry about employment; the other is the “shortage of mechanics” that spread from the southeast coast to the whole country and the structural contradictions of the labor force are prominent.
