从爱胜蚓中制备药用纤溶酶，经工厂中试．收率为２．５２～２．７４％；纤溶活性为２４３３３～２６５６０ｍｍ２／ｍｇ；水解酪蛋白活性为５９８～６４０ｍＵ／ｍｇ。制备工艺重复性好，操作简易可行。另报道了该酶的一些生化特性和稳定性的研究结果。
Pharmaceutical plasmin was prepared from Ai Shengqi and tested in the factory. The yield was 2.52 to 2.74%; the fibrinolytic activity was 24333 to 26560 mm2/mg; the casein hydrolyzate activity was 598 to 640 mU/mg. The preparation process is reproducible and the operation is simple and feasible. Some of the biochemical characteristics and stability of the enzyme have also been reported.
