常规的负荷建模统计综合法工作量较大,精确性不够,无法考虑负荷随时间变化的特性。文中提出充分利用营销部门负荷控制系统采集的用户侧功率信息和能量管理系统(EMS)提供的变电站功率信息,结合经过简化的抽样人工调查统计,实现负荷建模的在线统计综合。由于负荷控制系统和EMS对用户基本资料与实际用电情况可自动更新,因此,负荷模型参数可以实现动态、长效管理。给出了在福建电网安兜变电站实际应用的结果。
Conventional load modeling and statistical synthesis method workload, accuracy is not enough, can not consider the characteristics of load changes over time. In this paper, it is proposed to make full use of the user side power information collected by the marketing department load control system and the substation power information provided by the energy management system (EMS). Combined with the simplified sampling and manual survey statistics, online statistical synthesis of load modeling is proposed. Since the load control system and EMS can automatically update the user’s basic information and the actual electricity consumption, the load model parameters can achieve dynamic and long-term management. The practical application results of AnDou Substation in Fujian Power Grid are given.
