橡胶胀管是把橡胶胀管器放入管内胀管部位,利用橡胶弹性体受轴向压缩时在经向产生了向外鼓胀的力来胀管的。橡胶胀管是由3种不同几何形状的橡胶元件所组成:有凹型密封圈、凸型密封圈及中间胀体。橡胶胀管工艺为金属管子管板接头方法之一,采用此法能够改善胀管质量,使管子内壁无冷作、硬化和机械损伤,减少了残余应力,较原来采用机械胀管具有明显的优点。
Rubber expansion tube is the rubber tube expander tube into the tube parts, the use of rubber elastomer axial compression in the longitudinal direction of the outward bulging force to expand the tube.
