随着社会经济文化的快速发展,具有中国特色的现代企业制度逐步建立并日渐完善。现如今,福利已成为员工工资报酬的补充。现实也证明:令员工满意的福利待遇能够更好地激励员工的日常工作。因此,深处高离职率漩涡的现代酒店企业必须重视、建立、构建并完善员工的福利保障制度,从而使酒店企业赢得竞争优势。本文分析了员工福利的概念、基本内容,并结合我国企业福利制度建设过程中的错误认识和主要问题,对如何构建现代酒店企业的福利体系进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of social economy and culture, the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics has been gradually established and gradually improved. Nowadays, benefits have become a supplement to employee payroll. The reality also proves: to make employees satisfied with the benefits can better motivate staff’s daily work. Therefore, the modern high-turnover enterprises whirlpool of modern hotel companies must attach importance to establish, build and improve employee welfare guarantee system, so that hotel companies gain a competitive advantage. This article analyzes the concept and basic content of employee welfare and discusses the problem of how to construct the welfare system of modern hotel business based on the misunderstanding and the main problems in the process of enterprise welfare system construction in our country.
