①目的探讨胎儿角膜在角膜移植术中的应用价值。②方法选用26例不同发育阶段的胎儿角膜,观察其上皮和内皮细胞的超微结构。③结果7月龄胎儿角膜上皮细胞层次少,随着胎龄增长,细胞层次增多,结构趋于成熟。7月龄胎儿角膜内皮细胞器等成分尚不稳定,以溶酶体居多,8月龄以后,随着胎龄增长,细胞器等结构趋于完善。④结论7月龄胎儿角膜上皮及内皮细胞处于分化发育阶段,8~9月龄胎儿角膜上皮及内皮细胞结构基本完善,足月龄胎儿角膜上皮及内皮细胞的结构接近于成人,用于角膜移植效果更好。
Objective To investigate the value of fetal cornea in corneal transplantation. ② Methods 26 cases of fetal corneas of different developmental stages were selected to observe the ultrastructure of epithelial and endothelial cells. ③ Results 7-month-old fetus corneal epithelial cells less, with the increase of gestational age, cell levels increased, the structure tends to mature. 7-month-old fetus corneal endothelial cells and other components are not stable to the majority of lysosomes, after 8 months of age, with the gestational age increased, organelles and other structures tend to improve. ④Conclusion Fetal corneal epithelium and endothelial cells in 7-month-old fetuses are in the stage of differentiation and development. The structure of fetal corneal epithelium and endothelial cells in 8-9 months old is basically perfect. The structures of fetus corneal epithelium and endothelial cells of mature-age fetuses are similar to that of adult corneal transplantation Better results.
