医院中人力资源的管理关键组成部分是绩效管理,在医院愿景的规划及战略目标的实现中占据重要作用。随着国内医疗体系改革的不断深入,许多公立医院绩效管理的工作也得到了发展。可从全局来看,国内的公立医院绩效管理还只是处在初级的阶段,其运用中还有许多的问题存在。本文对宏观视角下公立医院绩效管理的问题及对策进行了探讨分析,以期促进公立医院的不断发展。
The key component of human resource management in the hospital is performance management, which plays an important role in the planning and strategic goals of the hospital’s vision. With the deepening of the reform of the domestic medical system, many public hospital performance management work has also been developed. From the overall point of view, the performance management of domestic public hospitals is still only in the initial stage, there are many problems in its operation. This paper probes into the problems and countermeasures of performance management in public hospitals from a macro perspective, with a view to promoting the continuous development of public hospitals.
