通过干燥降低煤泥含水率是利用煤泥的有效途径。文中采用颗粒热传递模型并结合EES(Engineering Equation Solver)软件编程计算了单轴桨叶干燥机干燥煤泥的换热特性,给出了干燥过程中的换热系数和含水率变化规律,并且对比了出口含水率计算值和实测值,发现二者吻合良好,表明颗粒热传递模型可以用于单轴桨叶干燥机干燥煤泥的换热计算。
Reducing the moisture content of slime by drying is an effective way to utilize slime. In this paper, the heat transfer characteristics of dry slime in single-shaft paddle dryer are calculated by using particle heat transfer model and EES (Engineering Equation Solver) software. The changing rule of heat transfer coefficient and moisture content in drying process are given. The calculated values of the outlet moisture content and the measured values show that the two agree well with each other, indicating that the particle heat transfer model can be used to calculate the heat transfer of dry slime in a single-shaft paddle dryer.
