Q_蓄是加热达到稳定时的蓄热量。升温过程是一个非稳定过程,炉温达到时,炉衬的温度还远未到达稳定。炉温升到后,常常还要保温一段时间,炉壁温度才达到稳定。用公式(1)计算升温时间是不准确的。升温快时,τ升比实际长。升温慢时,由于公式(1)未考虑炉壁散热,τ升却又变得比实际短。这种误差有时会相当大。
