T cell activation plays a leading role in the formation and development of bronchial asthma (asthma), and T cell activation requires the interaction of the antigen peptide-T cell receptor with a costimulatory pathway. Costimulatory molecules have important changes in patients with asthma and are closely related to the development of asthma. Experiments show that blocking the costimulatory pathway can prevent the occurrence of asthma.
