11月29日,投资2000万元的联通国脉大型外包式商务呼叫中心一期工程在上海通过验收并开通,这是中国联通国信寻呼系统第一个外包式商务呼叫中心。联通国脉选择浪潮软件作为系统集成商。一期工程的40个座席,目前已经为20多家客户提供了服务,预计到今年底以前可以全部售出;二期工程的系统规模将达到240个座席。目前,联通国脉已经拥有两个品牌,一个是“1252”,是4位特殊号码,定位在销售热线,为企业搭建平台;另外一个是“8188”,后面可以跟上4位数字,定位为客户关系管理。
On November 29, the first-phase project of large-scale outsourced commercial call center of China Unicom Guomai with an investment of 20 million yuan was approved and opened in Shanghai. This is the first outsourced business call center of China Unicom Guoxin Paging System. China Unicom Guomai select wave software as a system integrator. The first phase of the 40 seats, has now provided services for more than 20 customers, is expected to be fully sold by the end of this year; the second phase of the system will reach 240 seats. At present, China Unicom Guomai already has two brands, one is “1252”, is a four-digit special number, located in the sales hotline for enterprises to build a platform; the other is “8188” behind can keep up with 4 digits, positioned as Customer Relationship Management.
