企业财务困境和宏观经济环境变化分别是微观领域和宏观领域研究的热点问题,近年来学者们已不再局限于这两个领域的独立研究,开始试图建立两者之间的桥梁,企业财务困境与宏观经济环境间的关系很可能是一个新的热点问题。国内这方面研究起步较晚,因此本文在参考国内外大量相关文献,特别是国外文献的基础上,对财务困境与宏观经济关系研究成果进行梳理,希望能为我国这个领域今后进一步的研究提供些思路。
Corporate financial distress and changes in the macroeconomic environment are hot issues in the micro and macro fields respectively. In recent years, scholars are no longer confined to independent research in these two fields.
