研制一种超效缓凝剂 SRA,当掺量为 0 .0 4 5 %时可将终凝时间延长到 10 h;综合考察 SRA对水稳粒料的强度和对水泥凝结时间的影响确定 SRA的最佳掺量在 0 .0 5 %~ 0 .0 6 % ,用 SRA可大大延长延迟成型时间 ,可把延迟成型时间延长到 8~ 9h。在延迟成型时间较长时 ,SRA起到的缓凝作用比木钙更明显。在模拟施工条件下延迟 4 h、6 h后的 SRA改性水泥稳定粒料强度损失明显小于同种混合料在延迟成型条件下的强度损失
An SRA with super-setting retarder was developed. The final setting time could be prolonged to 10 h when the dosage was 0. 04 5%. The effect of SRA on the strength of water-stable aggregate and its effect on the setting time of cement was investigated. The best dosage is in the range of 0. 05% ~ 0. 06%. Using SRA can greatly prolong the delay molding time and extend the delay molding time to 8 ~ 9 hours. SRA played the role of retarding effect more obviously than that of wood calcium when the delay molding time was longer. The strength loss of SRA-modified cement stabilized pellets after delayed 4 h and 6 h under the simulated construction conditions was significantly less than that of the same mixture under the delayed forming conditions
