分析各种工况下行星变速机构的运动状态是非定轴式变速器设计过程中必不可少的步骤。区别于普通的运动学分析方法,多领域仿真软件MapleSim通过搭建变速器系统模型,输入模型的基本物理参数后,能够输出各组成构件的运动状态参数。仿真模型省略了繁琐的行星轮系动力传递路线分析和啮合方程组的建立,通过模型具有的微分方程直接进行仿真计算。依据某变速器行星轮系结构建立模型,可直接分析出离合器主、从动片运动速度,协助判断系统设计的可行性问题,简化并缩短了设计周期。
It is an indispensable step in the design process of non-fixed-axis transmission to analyze the motion state of the planetary transmission mechanism in various working conditions. Different from ordinary kinematic analysis method, multi-domain simulation software MapleSim can input the basic physical parameters of the model by building the transmission system model, and can output the movement state parameters of each component. The simulation model omits the tedious analysis of the power transmission route of the planetary gear train and the establishment of the mesh equations. The differential equations of the model are directly simulated. According to the model of a planetary gear train of a transmission, the speed of the main clutch and the driven clutch can be directly analyzed to help determine the feasibility of the system design, which simplifies and shortens the design cycle.
