通过血浆蛋白沉淀剂的选择和毛细管电泳分离模式的比较 ,以酮洛芬为内标 ,建立了适合茶碱临床监测的毛细管区带电泳定量分析方法。结果表明 ,采用本法时茶碱在血浆浓度 0 .5~ 2 5 .0 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9993,n =5 ) ,方法回收率大于 96 .8% ,日内日间精密度小于 7.5 %。本法适用于临床住院病人口服茶碱缓释片后茶碱血浆浓度的监测
By the comparison of the selection of plasma protein precipitator and capillary electrophoresis separation mode, the quantitative analysis method of capillary zone electrophoresis suitable for clinical monitoring of theophylline was established by using ketoprofen as the internal standard. The results showed that the theophylline had a good linearity (r = 0.9993, n = 5) in the range of 0.5-5.5 μg / ml of plasma with the method of recovering more than 96.8% Daytime precision less than 7.5%.
