目的观察次声对PHA诱导小鼠脾细胞增殖及同种异体抗原诱导T细胞增殖反应的影响。方法应用次声压力舱 ,建立小鼠动物实验模型。以8Hz、120dB次声作用于8wk龄雌性Balb/c鼠 ,每天作用2h ,连续作用14d。取小鼠脾细胞 ,用PHA或同种异体抗原刺激后 ,采用3H TdR掺入法检测脾细胞的增殖情况。结果次声能显著促进PHA诱导的小鼠脾细胞增殖 ,刺激指数(SI)为4.73±0.17 ,与正常对照组的SI(2.12±0.05)相比较 ,提高了2.23倍(P<0.01)。而次声对同种异体抗原诱导的T细胞增殖具有明显的下调作用 ,SI为2.48±0.12 ,较正常对照组4.59±0.32 ,降低45.97 %(P<0.01)。结论次声能够影响机体免疫淋巴细胞的功能。
Objective To observe the effects of infrasound on the proliferation of splenocytes induced by PHA and the allogenic antigen-induced T cell proliferation in mice. Methods The infrasound pressure chamber was used to establish animal model of mice. Eight-week-old female Balb / c mice were infused with 8Hz and 120dB of infrasound for 2 hours daily for 14 days. Spleen cells from mice were stimulated with PHA or alloantigen, and the proliferation of splenocytes was detected by 3H TdR incorporation. Results Infrasound could significantly promote the proliferation of splenocytes induced by PHA. The stimulation index (SI) was 4.73 ± 0.17, which was 2.23 times higher than that of the control group (2.12 ± 0.05) (P <0.01). The infrasound of alloantigen-induced T cell proliferation significantly reduced, SI was 2.48 ± 0.12, 4.59 ± 0.32 compared with the normal control group, decreased 45.97% (P <0.01). Conclusion Infrasound can affect the function of immune lymphocytes in the body.
