开发了一种采用树脂砂壳型铸造的激冷球铁凸轮轴。其非激冷区的显微组织由珠光体、少部分渗碳体和细小球状石墨组成;激冷区由初生渗碳体,共晶莱氏体(转变为珠光体和渗碳体)和极少量点状石墨组成。未激冷基体硬度为280~350 HBS,凸轮的激冷硬度和深度分别达到58 HRC以上和5~10 mm,非激冷区的基体抗拉强度超过550 MPa。
A chilled ductile iron camshaft molded from resin-sand shell has been developed.
