自从1981年我国第一种蛇毒酶制剂通过国家鉴定应用于临床以来,其已逐渐成为治疗血栓闭塞性疾病的常用药物。我们自1994年2月～1996年9月应用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗急性期患者68例,取得较好疗效,报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 68例患者均系首次发病,病程2小时～7天,符合1986年中华医学会第二次全国脑血管病诊断标准,并经CT确诊。其中男46例,女22例,年
