目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块特征的相关性。方法:选择200例患者,采用高分辨血管外超声法检测IMT及粥样斑块;根据IMT及斑块情况,分为内膜正常组、内膜弥漫性增厚组、稳定性斑块组、不稳定性斑块组。用酶联免疫吸附法方法测定各组血清中Hcy浓度,分析超声结果与血清Hcy浓度的关系。结果:内膜正常组、内膜弥漫性增厚组、稳定性斑块组、不稳定性斑块组各组之间相比,血清中Hcy浓度逐渐增高,各组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中Hcy浓度增高与IMT的厚度、斑块的不稳定性关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) and plaque characteristics. Methods: 200 patients were selected, and IMT and atherosclerotic plaques were detected by high resolution extracorporeal ultrasonography. According to IMT and plaque conditions, they were divided into normal group, diffuse thickening group, stable plaque group, Instability plaque group. The concentration of Hcy in serum of each group was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the relationship between ultrasound and serum Hcy concentration was analyzed. Results: Compared with normal group, endometrial diffuse thickening group, stable plaque group and unstable plaque group, the concentration of Hcy in serum increased gradually, and the differences among the groups were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The increase of Hcy concentration in serum is closely related to the thickness of IMT and the instability of plaque.
