基于目前铸造工艺与传统模锻工艺制造阀体时存在的问题:如铸造工艺无法使阀体在性能上满足使用要求、返修率高;纯模锻工艺在小批量生产阀体时模具成本偏高,无法满足客户多样化加工要求,提出了一种利用自由锻与模锻相结合制造阀体的新型生产方法。该方法采用自由锻制坯,模锻成形,最后经修整尺寸获得阀体锻件。采用此方法在能够充分利用小吨位设备锻造出满足使用要求阀体的同时,也克服了铸造阀体性能上的不足,解决了传统模锻阀体多样化加工及生产成本问题。经实践生产证明,该方法锻成的阀体不仅在性能上满足使用要求,且较传统模锻阀体而言在重量上减少近30%,达到了节约成本、绿色制造的目的。

The practice proves that the valve body forged by the method not only meets the requirement of use in performance but also reduces the weight by nearly 30% compared with the traditional forged valve body, thus achieving the goal of cost saving and green manufacturing.
