烟草根际厚孢轮枝菌生态效应研究

通过盆栽试验研究生防制剂中厚孢轮枝菌在烤烟K326和云85根际的定殖情况及对根际微生物的影响。结果表明施入生物菌剂2周后厚孢轮枝菌能在烤烟外根际、根表分离到,但在根内不能分离到或分离数极少,在4周、6周时外根际、根表的分离数达到最大,根内分离数仍很少,8周时分离数又减少。制剂处理后烤烟根际细菌、真菌和放线菌数量在2周时明显减少,4周时有所回升,6周和8周时与对照达到平衡。结果表明厚孢轮枝菌可以在烟草外根际、根表定殖,初期对土壤微生物具有一定的抑制作用。 The pot experiment was conducted to study the colonization of Rhizospheric microorganisms by Fusarium verticillium in flue-cured tobacco K326 and cloud 85.
