目的 :观察下肢短潜伏期体感诱发电位 (SLSEP)的稳定性和变异性。方法 :采用多导组合法对 2 2例受试者进行下肢SLSEP检测。结果 :N2 7(颈髓电位 ) 2 1例双侧均可引出 ;LP(腰髓电位 ) 2 2例均可引出 ;窝电位只要是电极安放合适 ,正常人各例均可引出。t检验结果 ,发现不同导记录的P40 PL结果不一。其中Pz—Fpz导与C1 ’—C2 ’(或C2 ’—C1 ’)导的P40 PL有非常显著性差异。临床上亦有少数正常变异 ,Pz—Fpz导P40 不能引出 ,而C1 ’—C2 ’(或C2 ’—C1 ’)可引出P40 。结论 :建议P40 可再建一C1 ’—C2 ’(或C2 ’—C1 ’)导的正常参考值。
Objective: To observe the stability and variability of somatosensory evoked potentials (SLSEP) in lower limb short latency. Methods: Twenty-two subjects underwent SLSEP by multi-guided combination method. Results: N 2 7 (spinal cord potential) could be induced on both sides of the spinal cord in 21 cases, and LP (spinal cord potential) could be induced on the other 2 cases. t test results, found that different guide record P40 PL results vary. Thereinto, the Pz-Fpz guide has a very significant difference with the C140-C2 (or C2’-C1) guide P40 PL. Clinically, there are a few normal variations. P40 can not be induced by Pz-Fpz and P40 by C1 ’- C2’ (or C2 ’-C1’). Conclusion: It is suggested that P40 can reconstruct a normal reference of C1 ’- C2’ (or C2 ’- C1’).
