所谓新观念,并不是说,凡是新的就好,我们要传播的是社会主义现代化的新观念。针对当前社会上新和旧的矛盾,应着重传播:(1)发展变化观念。事物本身是发展变化的,科学是发展的,马克思主义不是教条而是行动的指南。(2)奋斗、贡献、栖牲观念。搞社会主义现代化也要艰苦奋斗,要奋斗就会有牺牲,牺牲个人利益,牺牲眼前利益,牺牲局部利益,甚至牺牲生命,都是题中应有之义。(3)时间、效率观念。社会主义现代化特别要求增强时间、效率观点,要向文山会海要时间,要效率。喝茶水,聊闲天,好讲空话,不办实事,足以扼杀现代化。(4)开放观念。对现代化建设要有紧迫感,要看到世界新技术革命的大趋势,要迎接这一场挑战!我
