目的 观察次声作用大鼠后 ,血浆内血管紧张素Ⅱ (AⅡ )含量的变化。方法 用 16Hz ,13 0dB次声 ,作用 1、7、14、2 1d ,2h/次·d-1。分别于作用后 0 .5、6、12、18、2 4h观察大鼠血浆内AⅡ含量的变化。结果 大鼠血浆内AⅡ含量在次声作用 1d后 ,在 2 4h内与对照组相比持续性增高 (P <0 .0 1)。次声作用 7d ,与对照组相比 0 .5h已开始增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,12h达高峰 ,而后下降 ,至 2 4h低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。次声作用 14d ,与对照组相比 0 .5h已显著增高 ( P <0 .0 1) ,6h、12h与对照组差异无显著性意义(P >0 .0 5 ) ,18、2 4h复呈显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。次声作用 2 1d ,与对照组相比 0 .5h已开始增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,12h达高峰 ,而后下降 ,至 2 4h与对照组差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 次声作用后 ,大鼠血浆内AⅡ含量随次声作用时间的不同而呈不同的规律性改变。
Objective To observe the change of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ) after infrasound in rats. Methods 16Hz, 13 0dB infrasound, the role of 1,7,14,2 1d, 2h / time · d-1.
