建设部曾对17个省市的建筑节能情况进行了抽样调查,结果发现,北方地区的节能设计达到90%,而在做了节能设计的项目中只有50%多按照设计标准去做;夏热冬暖地区有节能设计的占1 9%,其中实际实施的有11.2%;夏热冬冷地区有节能设计的占20%,实际实施的有44%。按此调查,全国只有58%的建筑在执行建筑节能设计,在施工阶段,只有23%真正执行。政府在推广建筑节能方面的工作任重道远。
Ministry of Construction has conducted a sample survey of building energy efficiency in 17 provinces and cities and found that the energy-saving design in the northern region reached 90%, while only 50% of the projects that made energy-saving design were done according to the design standards.
