本刊讯国家发展改革委2月17日宣布,取消大中型水利工程移民安置规划大纲审批等14项中央指定地方实施行政审批事项。此次取消的14项行政审批事项分别为:乙级价格评估机构资质认定;大中型水利工程移民安置规划大纲审批;对上报国家发展改革委的价格鉴证师注册初审;资源综合利用企业(含电厂)认定;丙级价格评估机构资质认定;对上报国家发展改革委的企业、事业单位、社会团体等投资
The NDRC announced on February 17 that it has canceled the approval of 14 central designated places for examination and approval of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects such as resettlement and approval plans. The cancellation of the 14 administrative examination and approval items are: B price assessment agency qualification; large and medium-sized water conservancy project resettlement plan outline approval; submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission price forensic register first instance; comprehensive utilization of resources enterprises (including power plants ); C-class price assessment agency accreditation; reported to the National Development and Reform Commission of enterprises, institutions, social groups and other investments
