本文采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法和TBA比色法测定丹参(生药4.2·1g/kg)对老龄小鼠红细胞、肝中SOD活性和血清、肝中LPO含量的影响。结果表明:丹参能显著提高老龄小鼠红细胞、肝中SOP活性(P<0.01),在同一老龄小鼠中也相应地显著降低血清,肝中LPO含量(P<0.01)。与维生素E比较作用稍强。
In this paper, the modified pyrogallol autoxidation method and TBA colorimetric method was used to determine the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza (biguano 4.2·1g/kg) on SOD activity in red blood cells and liver, LPO content in serum and liver of aged mice. The results showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly increase the activity of SOP in erythrocytes and liver of aged mice (P<0.01), and also significantly reduce serum and liver LPO levels in the same old mice (P<0.01). Compared with vitamin E slightly stronger.
