国家教育部、财政部于2010年开始实施“中小学教师国家级培训计划”。计划中的语文教师置换脱产研修项目强调培训机制的创新。中国古代教育理论和西方建构主义学习理论对如影随形“结对子”的培训模式形成了理论支撑,对昆明市一些农村中小学相关教师的调查访谈形成了实践基础。其呈现形式为:专家团队和参训学员“结对子”。“结对子”的比例约为1:3。
The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance started to implement the “National Training Program for Primary and Secondary Teachers” in 2010. The planned language teachers replaced the training programs on outreach and emphasized the innovation of the training mechanism. The ancient Chinese educational theory and Western constructivist learning theory have formed a theoretical support for the training model of “twinning” and formed a practical basis for interviews with relevant teachers in some primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Kunming.
