在高职教育办学实践中,无时无刻不在产生档案,且亟待档案工作跟进。然而,高职院校档案资源保障体系建设却远远滞后于高职教育发展。为了加强档案工作,首先要认清档案工作对高等职业教育可持续发展的利害关系,其次要关注影响高等职业教育可持续发展的关键要素,进而充分发挥档案工作在高等职业教育中的有效支撑作用。
In the practice of running a higher vocational education, files are always created, and the file work is urgently needed to be followed up. However, the construction of file resources guarantee system in vocational colleges lags far behind the development of higher vocational education. In order to strengthen the archives work, we must first understand the interest of archival work in the sustainable development of higher vocational education, and secondly, pay attention to the key elements that affect the sustainable development of higher vocational education, and then give full play to the effective supporting role of archival work in higher vocational education .
