:《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》颁布后 ,以实现村民自治为目标 ,农村普遍进行了村委会直选 ,农村基层政治体制发生重大变革。但由于社会、政治、历史等多种因素的影响 ,选举中出现不少问题。因此 ,对村委会直选乃至村民自治的现状不能盲目乐观 ,只有充分地发动和动员 ,制定配套选举法规 ,完善选举技术 ,才能确保村委会直选的健康、顺利发展。
: After the promulgation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Organizational Committee of Villagers’ Committees, the goal of self-government for villagers has been enacted. Village committees have been directly elected in rural areas and major changes have taken place in the rural grassroots political system. However, due to social, political and historical factors, many problems arose during the election. Therefore, we should not blindly optimize the status quo of village committees directly elected or villagers’ autonomy. Only by fully mobilizing and mobilizing them, formulating supporting election laws and regulations and improving electoral techniques can the direct and healthy development of village committees be ensured.
