实验室试验和现场实验均证明,钻井过程中采用一种新型可变形地层封堵剂(DS——DeformableSealant)可减少泥浆在严重衰竭地层中的漏失。采用该新型泥浆防漏措施与水基泥浆相结合,通过在几个需钻透一系列严重衰竭地层的油田应用后,结果表明可有效预防压差卡钻和泥浆漏失。本文介绍了该新型防漏措施的地质力学原理、添加新型地层封堵剂的钻井液设计(可将DS按2%~4%的体积浓度添加到水基泥浆中)、DS泥浆的实际应用情况。
Laboratory tests and field experiments have proved that the use of a new DS - Deformable Sealant during drilling can reduce mud loss in severely depleted formations. Using this new slurry containment and water-based mud combination, the results show that it can effectively prevent differential sticking and mud loss through the application of several fields that need to penetrate a series of severely depleted formations. This paper introduces the geomechanics principle of this new leak-proofing measure, the design of drilling fluid with new formation plugging agent (DS can be added to water-based mud at a volumetric concentration of 2% -4%), the actual application of DS mud .
