“小组合作学习”在小学语文教学工作中强调学生之间的合作学习,能够使学生真正成为课堂中的主人,这对于课堂结构的优化以及教学水平的提高都具有相当积极的影响。对于生活在农村的小学生来说,合作学习无疑成为他们自我展示的最佳平台,但是要如何在农村小学语文教学过程中有效的开展合作学习呢?笔者觉得,首先要改变固有的传统教学观念,其次要指导学生习得正确的学习方法,再次要创设情境教学,再次要从实践中体验学习,最后要通过沟通交流来解决实际问题,实现合作学习的最终目的。在此过程中教师可以适当的给与指导,将合作学习与传统教学相结合,引导学生聚焦在重点难点上,深入分析讨论,令学生可以充分的合作交流,攻下重点难点,进而提升合作学习质量。
