国家对九年义务教育实行绩效工资是党中央、国务院对基础教育的关心和重视,是国家科教兴国的重要举措。然而,绩效工资在发放的过程中,出现的种种问题严重影响了绩效工资在促进基础教育更快更好地发展方面的作用,如果不进行彻底地修正,将直接影响教育的健康发展。本文重在阐释造成绩效工资尴尬的原因,以及化解“绩效”尴尬的重要举措,希望能够引起社会各方面的广泛关注。
The implementation of the performance wage of nine-year compulsory education by the state is an important measure taken by the Central Government and the State Council in regard to basic education and its emphasis on rejuvenating the country through science and education. However, various problems that have arisen during the process of payment of performance salary have seriously affected the role of performance salary in promoting faster and better development of basic education. If not thoroughly revised, it will directly affect the healthy development of education. This article focuses on explaining the causes of awkward performance pay and important measures to resolve the embarrassment of “performance”, hoping to arouse widespread concern in all aspects of society.
