一引言上海跃龙化工厂(下简称跃龙厂)是一个稀土元素及其化合物的专业生产厂,自建厂二十多年来,产品和销售情况发生了深刻的变化:在建厂初期主要生产稀土粗制品,而目前主要生产深度加工品;过去产品主要供内销,而现在的出口额已接近总产值的一半。最近几年来,跃龙厂的生产发展尤为迅速:1983的产值为1980年的1.6倍,而今年又将比1983年增加50％左右;产品的种类和规格也在不断地增加,1983年累计已有203个品种,476个规格。在探究发生深刻变化和取得很大发展原因的过程中,我们发现:跃龙厂特别重视科技工作对生产的促进作用。

The types and specifications of products are continuously increasing. In 1983, There are 203 varieties, 476 specifications. In exploring the profound changes and the reasons for the great development, we found that Yuelong Plant paid special attention to the promotion of production by science and technology work.
