目的观察研究姜黄素对实验动物胃排空、小肠推进功能、湿粪计数、离体小肠平滑肌活动的影响。方法小鼠随机分为空白对照组、莫沙必利组和不同剂量姜黄素(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg)组,预先给予灌胃,给药1 h后,采用炭末推进法,测定小鼠胃内容物的残留率、小肠中活性炭粉混合物的推进距离及湿粪计数的变化情况;制作豚鼠回肠离体肠段标本,分为空白对照组、乙酰胆碱组和不同浓度姜黄素(146μg/m L、292μg/m L、584μg/m L)组,测定给药前后肠段平滑肌收缩强度和频率的变化情况。结果姜黄素可使小鼠胃残留率明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),湿粪数明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时能增强豚鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩强度(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素具有明显促进动物胃肠运动作用。
Objective To study the effects of curcumin on gastric emptying, intestinal propulsion, wet manure count and isolated small intestine smooth muscle activity in experimental animals. Conclusion Curcumin can obviously promote the gastrointestinal motility of animals.
