改革开放的大局和社会主义市场经济体制的确立,为中国经济的发展与繁荣提供了良好的外部环境。然而,就每一个具体的企业来说,能否取得成功和发展,这就要看这些企业能否采取科学有力的决策,能否审时度势,抓住机遇,主动出击,从自己的脚下闯出一条路子,并能根据实际情况,不断地调整经营方针,使自己始终处在有利的竞争位置。这是笔者在采访德阳市华西企业总公司总经理寗仰宽先生时所得出的深刻启示。
The overall situation of reform and opening up and the establishment of a socialist market economic system provide a good external environment for the development and prosperity of China’s economy.
