文山州在林业『三定』工作的基础上,狠抓『两山』落实,截至六月底止,全州已有百分之七十五的队给农户划了自留山,面积达一百四十多万亩,户均六点三亩,多者达百亩;同时有六千四百四十一户与队上签订了责任山造林承包合同,承包面积二十一万多亩。『两山』到户后,群众不仅采种育苗积极,而且自筹资金买种苗造林。据不完全统计,去冬今春以来,全州采集的杉木、云南松、油桐、八角以及山玉兰等籽种达九十一万多斤;全州有育苗户三万二千二百二十三户,共育苗一千六百六十二亩;有
