目的 分析心理健康热线资料及其相关因素。方法 统计分析1995年1~6月上海心理健康热线心理咨询记录。结果 常见的咨询问题为情绪、恋爱、精神病、人际关系及性。常用的咨询技术为:解释指导、约门诊咨询、应对能力指导、社交指导和一般解释。不同的咨询问题其相关因素均不相同。结论 热线电话咨询问题与以往有所不同,各有不同的相关因素,与目前社会发展现状相符合。
Objective To analyze mental health hotline data and its related factors. Methods Statistical analysis of January to June 1995 Shanghai Mental Health Hotline counseling records. Results Common counseling questions were mood, love, psychosis, relationships and sexuality. Common counseling techniques are: Interpretation Guidance, Outpatient Counseling, Coping Guidance, Social Guidance and General Interpretation. Different consulting issues are not related to the same factors. Conclusion The issue of hotline consultation differs from the past with different relevant factors and is consistent with the current social development status quo.
