目的 :观察胃溃疡大鼠血清一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,溃疡周围粘膜上皮表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)表达 ,研究其与丹参改善微循环及促进胃粘膜上皮细胞增生之间的关系 ,进而阐明丹参抗胃溃疡的可能机制。方法 :大鼠30只 ,随机分为对照组、模型组和丹参组 ,采用硝酸还原酶法测定动物血清NO含量 ,免疫组织化学方法测定胃粘膜EGFR表达。结果 :丹参组NO含量较模型组显著升高 ,EGFR表达亦较模型组显著增强 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :丹参可能通过NO、EGFR等介导改善胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜微循环及促进胃粘膜上皮细胞增生 ,从而发挥抗胃溃疡作用。
Objective: To observe the serum nitric oxide (NO) content in gastric ulcer rats and the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in epithelial mucosal epithelium of rats, and to study the relationship between it and Salvia miltiorrhiza to improve microcirculation and promote gastric epithelial cell proliferation. Clarify the possible mechanism of salvia miltiorrhiza resistance to gastric ulcer. Methods: Thirty rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and Salvia Miltiorrhiza group. Nitrate reductase method was used to measure the serum NO level. Immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expression of EGFR in gastric mucosa. Results: Compared with the model group, the NO content in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was significantly higher, and the EGFR expression was also significantly higher than that in the model group (P < 0.05). Conclusion : Salvia miltiorrhiza may improve gastric mucosa microcirculation and promote gastric epithelial cell proliferation in gastric ulcer rats through NO, EGFR and other mediations, thus exerting anti-gastric ulcer effects.
