炎喜康是一新型非甾体抗炎药,具有明显的抗炎作用。本实验用免疫学方法探讨了该药的抗炎作用的部分机制。结果表明,该药能抑制巨噬细胞吞噬功能,促进抑制性T细胞的抑制作用,这可能是其抑制小鼠迟发型变态反应和大鼠佐剂性关节炎的作用机制之一。该药还能增强SRBC诱导的小鼠脾溶血素的产生和ConA以及LPS诱导的T和B细胞的增殖反应,呈现明显的免疫增强作用。
Yankang is a new type of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with obvious anti-inflammatory effects. In this experiment, some mechanisms of the anti-inflammatory effects of this drug were investigated using immunological methods. The results showed that the drug can inhibit the phagocytic function of macrophages and promote the inhibitory effect of suppressor T cells, which may be one of the mechanisms of its role in inhibiting delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice and adjuvant arthritis in rats. The drug also enhances SRBC-induced spleenhemolysin production in mice and ConA and LPS-induced T and B cell proliferative responses, showing significant immune enhancement.
